I have about 20 savings bonds, in which 4 of them have the wrong social security numbers. 1 of the messed up ones have my fathers social security number, one has my mothers, one I don't know whos it is (I'm thinking my grandmothers). And one is mine, with one number messed up. (a 1 where a 4 should be.) I live 400 miles from my parents, and I need to cash these for school books. Will they let me cash these messed up ones? I guess whoever ordered them for me did it wrong. Any help?
