My samsung UN40C5000 LED TV doesn't get digital tv but the sharp aquos downstairs...

...does? how can I get it? I have a Samsung 40in UN40C5000 LED tv in my room, and a Sharp Aquos downstairs in my basement. The sharp gets digital cable on channels like 6.1 and 10.2 but I cant do that on my samsung. is there any way I can get digital cable on mine?

We have comcast basic cable, no box.
