My Samsung Tocco Lite GT-S5230 is stuck on the same screen. It says "SIM unavailable Please contact service provider". It also has two buttons that say "SOS" and "Call". I can click on both of these buttons. When i click on SOS, it dials a number and then ends the call. When I click on call, all that happens is a dial pad appears. Please help me as best as you can. Thank you.
