While using my phone i accidentally dropped it and it turned off when it hit the floor. Now when i try to turn it on it just stays on the Verizon loading screen for a while then turns off. I know its not the battery because even when I try plugging in the charger the phone simultaneously switches on a off. I tried taking it back to the place i bought it and they just told me what i already knew. ( that the battery was fine.) Any idea of how i can fix it. Thanks in advance.
