Recently my phone's audio stopped working. When I receive a call, I don't hear the ring even though i've checked the volume multiple times. When I answer it, the person on the other line hears my voice, but I can't hear them. Also when I try and play audio files, they emit no sound. I've checked the mute button and the volume buttons multiple times, and they are not causing the problem.
