My Samsung Gravity 3 doesn't always vibrate when it's on vibrate but when it's on the soung it will play the sound & sometimes vibrate. When it's on vibrate, it will at times, vibrate, but it rarely does anymore. I don't have any water damage.. Please help, it's really annoying!
