My Samsung Gloss says 'file move incomplete' when I try to move ringtones to my memory

card.? I have a bluetooth thing that you plug into the USB slot on your computer, and I bluetoothed some songs to my phone to put on my music player. When you bluetooth them they save under My Ringtones and you have to move them to the memory card. When I do this it says 'file move incomplete'.
