hi so i have a samsung galaxy tablet on vodafone haven't had a problem with it since i got it but today the battery was going flat so i turned it off but now ive charged it when i try to make a call it says "NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK" when i go to setting to try and put it on the network its saying my sim does not allow a connection to this network..... please help i can still go onlline on it just cant make calls ( ive already put it back to factory settings still not working )

and how do i change it to manual? when i try clicking on vodafone au in the network it says my sim does not allow a connection to this network.. could it be blacklisted how can i find out?
