My Samsung Freeform II says memory full but I have Nothing on it!?

This has been bugging me when I try to send a picture or receive one.
It says "Memory full. Erase memory to receive pic msg."
I have it set on Save To Card Memory and my card has 128kb memory used and 1.84 GB left!!
WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON WITH MY PHONE!?!? Please help!!
 
I just got my samsung freeform 2 from metro pcs and I have a memory card inside the phone there's also phone memory already in the phone. As I take pictures my phone memory is gettin fuller and fuller I already had set my phone for everythang to be sent to the memory card also I already reset my phone and thought if that would solve my problem. I took the memory card out and the battery to see if that would solve the problem and it didn't work. I need some help on how to keep everything to stay and remain on my memory card and not have nothing saved onto the phone memory.
