My samsung exclaim cellphone suddenly stopped working(it won't turn on)after i had it for a year.I went to sprint store and I asked them if they can fix it for me and they said they couldn't, but they said we can exchange it for a new phone but you have to pay $ 35 stocking fee.The problem is that I'm not returning it because of the color nor because I don't like the model.The phone stopped working by itself not because I dropped it or anything so why should I pay stocking fee ? did anybody have the same problem with this phone ?
