I have samsung cellphone, ( i think just a regular cellphone with pull out keypad) I put it on charger, was unable to completly charge at the time, so had to take off, and it keeps saying battery charging with the phone on, and with it off, even when no charger in plugged in. How can this be fixed?,can water damage cause this? would a new batter fix it?.
I have also tryed taking the battery out, left out half of last night. still didn't fix it.
