my ringtones on itunes say they can not be located?

i know how to get ringtones off audiko and put them on my itunes ringtones folder but now they have an (!) by them and they say they can not be located so i have no ringtones on my phone even the ones that worked fine before i havent done anything to them that i know of anyone know how to fix it??
