I recently put my rats on a new type of food. Its one of those bags of food with mixed seeds, sprouts, dried fruit, beans, dried corn, and assorted food pellets of variant shapes and colours.
i've noticed though that they go picking through their new food, and only eat certain bits of it, leaving the others all around the cage floor. I'm worried that they wont get all the nutrients they need.
is there any way to stop them from doing this?
