My rabbit wont eat!? please help!!?

she is not even 1 year old yet. We haven't changed her feed or anything since she has been here. No nasal discharge. She is kind of lethargic but other times she is also very energetic. No diarrhea. She wont eat her grain. She will eat carrots but when she does her pee is orange!
