My pups barking. Neighbors complaining in my apartments?

Ok. So I moved here 4 months ago in a pet friendly apartments. In my building complex we are allowed to have pets. Two at the most. I got two puppies, a pug and yorkie. Both are very playful with each others. Only the yorkie barks when they play but not constantly. Just a bark here and there and then they are quite for a long period. Now Im getting a call from the leasing office saying that my neighbors are complaining. This barking problem they saying isn't louder than the 2 little runts running all day upstairs. I dont understand whats to complain when Im in a pet friendly building! Im paying an extra $50 on top of my rent for this and also an additional $600 pet deposit. WTF! Its like I cant allow my pups to have a normal dog life like they should? Cat meows and dogs bark its that simple. I dont see how her small barking would disturb the neighbors. btw, I evaluated this out when I took an entire day off to sit and watch tv all day while watching and listening to them secretly. What are your opinions?
I forgot to mention that they are out in the patio from 9am to 6-7pm. Other times are inside their home dog cage inside our apartment.
Im saying that the kids upstairs running all days is normal for their age. I dont call and complain like whoever would complain about our pups. I have witnessed that our yorkie only barks only when she is playful. Not because she wants to go inside. I can see how both would rather stay outside than inside because everytime I open the cage they run to the door to be open to go out to our patio.

record it. leave a tape recorder on when you leave. they might behave totally differently knowing you are at home than when you are not. also this will be proof to the leasing office that your dogs don't bark.

I have a yorkie, and i think like all yorkies, they like inside. the like outside but the longest for 2 hours. ur other dog might like it but limit the time. the yorkie is probably barking because it wants to get in..

sounds like discrimination. it's like expecting kids not to giggle or cry or run up & down the stairs. Or your neighbors not having an argument, or being amorous in the other room. I would have a talk with the manager and let them know that dogs bark and cats meow or go into heat and cry like a baby while they roll around in the street or sidewalk. :) good luck.

OMG! super sorry...that is so terrible...swich appartments? maybe? idk...i think you might try to move agin? ease dropping is bad you know? but for that reason "go all the way" COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR DOGS,CATS, ANIMALS?"
