I have a 3 month old dalmation puppy. He has recently suffered from meningitis and ever since he got back from the vet he wont stop whining. When he's chewing on a bone he's fine but when he's not he is constantly whining. please can anyone tell me why he is ALWAYS whining and how to stop it!!
