my puppy was hit by a car just now, after that she is peeing blood and limps

at the back legs. what should i d? i didn't saw the accident but heard she screamed while trying to run towards the house from the street. neighbor said she was hit by a car. she couldn't walk fast now. if she stands and walks, it's a little wobbly. she is no longer as active and alert. she's less than 3 months now. vet is too far from where i am and unable to bring her to them.
