My puppy tasted a piece of steak that somebody left out i took it out of her mouth before she could digest it. She is now whining because she wants to eat it would should i do

She is a puppy.... Why not give it to her. Red meat is actually good for dogs. Just not too much. Maybe give her something like that once a week on the same day, same amount, same time. When she gets us to that pattern she will stop whining and know when she will get her "treat". But really its not a treat, you are giving her protein that pups need.

My Puppy dis this too. It got so bad that she would turn into a monster if she saw anyone eat. I would tell her no if she barked or begged, if she didn't stop i would put her in her crate/ pen with food until everyone ate. Now she won't beg or steal food.

Ignore her behavior or she'll think that whining gets her what she wants.
Play with her to distract her and give her a dog approved treat in it's place, or even a little chew bone, show her she gets something better than human food.
