my puppy is shaking and whining?

Okay, so Jack (yes, after Captain Jack =]) is a little over a year old, and he is a miniature poodle/pikingnese/prince charles spaniel mix. His father is my miniature poodle named Chance. Well, every once in a while Chance gets a little "excited" and gets on Jack before we can stop it (yes, my poor puppy is prison gay). Well, we just got Jack cut, and ever since then (and around that time is when Chance started to get horny) Jack has been shaking and whining and won't stop until someone picks him up. We don't let Chance do it to him, but we're gone a lot of the time.

Why is my puppy shaking and whining??? What can I do to stop it?
I figure that its just trauma from being my dogs b*tch AND from getting his hair cut, but I don't know.

Please help!
 
He is just stressed out from everything. he will be fine. Make sure he has a spot to escape from Chance's "affections". Also, have you checked to see if he has a temp or anything? It's unlikely but he may have an infection from the surgery. Incidentally, you may want to consider having Chance altered as well if you don't have plans to stud him out on purpose.
