my psp skips movie scenes in fft war of lions, also on my other games that

hav movie scenes? plz help.? my psp slim current ver. is 3.71, seems my psp doesn't play all movie scenes in all of my game like epilouges and prolouges in tekken, nid elp, and im not using cd, my game is saved in my memory stick
