On the PSP slim after i updated it to the latest firm where when i press the home button the gray screen opens but it won't let me select yes or no. The volume bars at the bottom still move. The keyboard is also messed up. It will not open. I select a box for text and the keyboard flashes up and then dissapears. I have restored to factory settings. It has not been moded or changed in any way.
