My porcupine fish is sitting in the bottom of my aquarium.?

I have a blue tang, yellow tang, 2 clown fish a purplish fish and a porcupine fish. Last night I noticed that my porcupine fish is laying in the bottom of my tank and just sitting there. The other fish swim normally. I'm confused. Can someone help me?
 
Porcupine Puffers are fickle, No worries just ensure that he does not stop eating and or breathing. There is no particular reason for this type of behavior. I have had one sit until I fed the tank and that would be the only time that he would move I had him for almost three years and this happened entire time. He grew to almost a foot. Then I traded him at a local pet shop. I hope this helped.
