That is entirely true. I currently have that done and I've never had anything go wrong with that (I'm eternally grateful). The only piercings that I've had give me any shit are, in fact, my nipples. They were fine for the first month or so. Until the "steel" started to wear off of the rings I bought, and my nipples turned greenish blue. It turns out that the store I bought them from buys all of there jewelry from some cheap Korean company who uses copper rings that are painted like surgical steel. Pisses me off. Not only did my nipples get infected, but I had to take the rings out completely. I don't know if I'm going to get them repierced or not; that was some agony haha. Anyway dude, just know that I feel your pain.
