So when I go for a poo, it feels like it's really sharp and when I wipe there are tiny dots of blood on the toilet paper /: I know this doesn't sound nice but it's really worrying. It's not like I eat anything that could effect it that badly. What could be the problem 
I'm 16 btw so I think we can rule out bowel cancer!
