My .php page doesn't load sometimes.what's the problem?

I created a php page and when i open it SOMETIMES it shows me a blank page (but the codes load). when i refresh the page, it goes fine and if i refresh that again it shows me blank page again. I have some php and javascript and html codes on this page.What's the problem? What should i do?
