my photo edit settings in application menu is lost also photo tab if someone

search my profile not in my list? my photo edit settings in application menu is lost. and the photo tab.. when somebody search my profile account in facebook which is not in my friends list they don't see the photo tab eventhough my privacy setting is everyone. how to turn it back again? to let other people see my pictures. thanks
