My phone's falling apart and need a replacement asap

I currently have a Nokia 8801, but dropping it has caused the slider to not work properly, keyboard's beginning to rip, and the tones sound weird sometimes.

I'm looking:
- budget of $400
- GSM on T-Mobile network
- Unlocked (I don't like any of T-mobile's current offering of phones)
- Coming from an 8801, I'd like something with a good build quality
- Exclusivity (something not many people have)
- Slider or bar style phone (no flips)

Optional features, but highly considerable:
- MP3 capability
- Qwerty
- (Good) Camera

I had a lot of interest in the N95, but that's just way out of my price range. I fortunately got a good deal on my 8801 off of craigslist.

How about a Nokia 5700? It just came out, has a great design, music player, 3G for the future T-Mobile 3G network, and something you won't see here. My brother had the 3250 (as seen in my avatar), the predecessor to the 5700, and it was a good phone. You can find them for under $400 online. I can post some links if you'd like.

EDIT: here are some links:

I just checked out the phone as well as a couple reviews. The twisting feature is pretty funky, but maybe it'll be something I can grow into.

As far as 3g capability goes, a phone like this can't really take advantage of that technology can it? I mean, i can't imagine it could easily access the internet without a qwerty board.

Aside from that, this phone is considerable.

I saw prices of $365. Not bad...

In my opinion, it's the best design of dedicated music keys I've seen. Much better than the 5300.

Don't underestimate the power of Symbian S60. Its web browsers are very capable.

The last link I gave you had it for I think $349.

If you don't want to spend even that much, then get the 3250. It's basically a 5700, only slightly older software and thicker. The prices of them have dropped quite a bit since the 5700 came out.

I'm sorry to hear about your 8801! That is too nice of a phone to be falling apart on you.

I suggest the SE K790a, it has one of the best cameras with a real Xenon flash so you can leave the pocket digital camera at home, a decent music player and it has the 850GSM band in case you are on the road and need to roam areas with no 1900 coverage. It also has EDGE if you have a decent data plan.

Although I also have an 8801, and I love the design, I find myself using my K800i (sibling of the K790a) most often because of the music player and the camera.

Too bad you can't wait any longer for the 6500 Slide/Classic.

For Nokia, I would go for the 5700 or the N73 (too common though).
