K Kaella New member Apr 25, 2010 #1 OK so a couple weeks ago my friend tried to send me a ring tone and it said unable to receive sound so i thought it was OK so i got on phone zoo.com and sent a ring tone to my phone and a pic and it would not receive them and i need help any ideas
