My phone doesn't support downloading for ringtones and backgrounds?

My phone is a Samsung SCH-U450 and it doesn't let me download ring tones form Myxer or any other site. I hate that I can't download the ring tones that I want. It says something "Unsupported content" or something. Can I fix this somehow?
i do use free sites btw
