I have a Pantech Link. I want to download some ringtones and pictures off a website called phonezoo.com but every time I send it to my phone and I try to download it, my phone says, 'Failed to retrieve message.' Can anybody help me? I don't have internet on my phone. So do I need it to download ringtones and pictures off phonezoo?
