my phone broke but no insuarce what should i do

i have two RAZR-V3 one got wet now screen wont work but the other razr that works has insuarce, could i send in the broke one with the insured ones sim card or would att know the diffrence, or should i just get a gophone, im also about to get the unlimited text for $20 on the broke/uninsured ones sim card would i get a upgrade for doing so.

look online for sellers or if you need a phone asap then just get on over to your local walmart or target and purchase a go phone and just stick ur sim card in there
