My phone always turns off?! Verizon phones!?

I have the Env3 and it turns off during phone calls, during waiting for phone calls and at basically all the important times. Basically its random.. Anyway ive had just about enough with my phone now since its ruined many things for me about my job(taking phone calls etc). Is there a way i can ask Verizon for a whole other phone? I dont want to env3 anymore.. so id ask for something else. will they do that?

please help :(

if i complain to them enough about it will they replace it??
