I have a Philips 47” Flat panel LCD that I’ve purchased exactly 3 years ago and have maintained to the best of my ability to date. Well Last night I turned on my TV and everything was perfect until about a minute later the screen began flickering and the picture become extremely dim. I turned off the TV and turn it back on a few minutes later and the flickering stop but the display is very dim the left side more than the right side. Can someone preferably a TV repairman tell give me more insight on the problem and a possible solution to fix the issue? The factory warranty has expired and my main concern is the price it would take to repair
