My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. I have been off birth control for more than a year, and tracking my ovulation days for months. I know for a fact I ovulated this cycle and we had sex on those days. Now I am 6 days late and have taken three test, and they have all been negative. I am going crazy. Also I have been tired and have had breast tenderness.

I had this happen to me last month. I was super stressed and it made my period late. Waiting to know if I was preg was torture!
Anyway...when did you ovulate? If it's been over 14 days since ovulation, your hpt should be accurate. If not, wait until it has been 14+ days and test again.
Just FYI, even when you bd at the best time you only have a 20% chance of getting preg.

I had the exact same thing u had & i was 14 days late on my period...Rite now, it means nothing..Just wait a week or 2 & retest.

Make sure you do the HPT first thing in the morning when you wake up or don't drink anything for four hours maybe a sip here or there. If you are pregnant the HCG will show up stronger after a nights sleep.

home urine pregnancy tests often fail to detect light levels of HCG (the preg hormone). maybe try testing in a few days. i know: totally nerve-wracking, but for all you know, there's a blastocyst turning into a zygote that will soon (if not already) implant in your endometrium. and remember: if not this cycle, try, try, try again!! i'm glad to hear that you're tracking ovulation: that's the key to TTC (barring other things like PCO's, blocked fallopian tubes, anovulatory cycles, etc., etc.).
