Im only 1* and i have never had sex. I masturbate pretty often and today when i did, and while masturbating i kind of had to go pee and after i masturbated it realy started stinging. It's only happened once before, about a year ago. It seems to go away after a while what is this? it only seems to happen when i have to pee when im about to ejaculate so.. any help please.

It's possible that you got a little too rough while masturbating and irritated your urethra(where your urine comes out of your penis), this could cause some stinging. Try not to be too rough for while.
 
Also if you spend a lot of time during a 'session', you can be 'oozing [pre-cum]' at the urethral opening, the whole time until 'the end', which can especially increase your chances of getting a UTI ( Urinary Tract Infection ).
