i did a full recovery on my vista 64-bit home premium and installed all the windows updates and since then i cannot put my pc to sleep, been through all the power settings, they are set to let it sleep,
pressing the button next to the start button to put pc into a mode were it can be woken without loosing any thing i was working on sends pc into shut down then about 10 seconds later it fires up again,
iv'e been onto microsoft about it and have heard nothing from them,
have any of you guy's out there got any ideas,
this is a very annoying,
it's got to be one of microsoft's updates as it was ok uptill doing full recovery and i have not installed anything else so it cannot be that,
thanks for any help given,
