My PC laptop is about 3 yrs old. It is running really slow...any suggestions?

Also, I can not open documents in Adobe....they just freeze up and do not open.

Finally, when I click on the Start function and go to All Programs, it just highlights it though I cannot open the All Programs.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Try to defrag your harddrive, free up startup program, or buy more memory.

To free up startup program: goto start, run, type in msconfig, choose startup, and uncheck the programs that you dont want to run during startup.
