my pc has a virus it sounds like the old pac man arcade game?

any webpage im on I have a siren sound on my pc speakers like the old pac man game and I cant use system restore it does not seem to have any good points to return too although there are many highlighted dates in restore menu calender
 
There's a pac-man game on Google's front page. I'm pretty sure that's it. Just close the browser or move on to another website.
