I have a Panasonic NV-DS50 Palmcorder that I got as a gift while in Iraq. Being as I am a soldier, I am not that swift with cameras. I have a few tapes of some missions and such i would like to transfer to my PC. I have an S-Video cable (good one too) which I have connected to the back of my PC into a Radeon Sapphire 9800 vid card. The PC doesn't recognize it so I am assuming I am missing a step.
