My Patent Attorney used my amateur sketch drawings they were rejected he billed me

& wants 2 bill me even more? He used two of my pages. I thought he was prepping the drawing pages for my initial approval. Then he was going to get them professionally drawn and prepped with the proper dark lines, the proper angle of drawing (elongated, perspective…)and the proper figure labels. Well.. he submitted the drawings without redrawing them. The whole lot of drawings were rejected. Either USPO didn't send him the rejection letter of the drawings or he missed the letter. It's been over a year now without this being resolved. Now I went to Legal Zoom, had them redrawn myself, paid the $300. Now he wants to charge me $250 to Review these drawings! And charge me money to fill out the paperwork Form to resubmit to the USPO. Is this right? I feel he didn't prep and review the drawing in the first place. I hired him because he claims he used to work for the USPO so I felt he knew how to get this Patent done right and get it through the USPO system. I don't feel it is right. Please give me advice.
