When I was 12, a kid I went to school with a kid who tried to rape me twice, and strangle me once. He moved away when we were freshman and I stopped worrying about him and the past. I recently moved back home from CA, and kept seeing him everywhere I went. It went on for a little over a month until I didn't see him at all.
Now that he's not popping up everywhere, I'm having nightmares about him being everywhere I am and him getting away with horrible things. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to stop them?
edit: Now that it's been so long, I'm not so much afraid of him as I am angry and hateful. I know he hasn't changed because I've seen him kissing on 13 year old girls.
