My parents want to give me my mom's lexus SUV.. is it ok for a teen?

My mom has been driving the lexus GX 470 for the past 3 years, and i'm getting my license soon and they are telling me that it's going to be my car. Is this a good car for a teen, is it to adult?
I like the car but I don't know if it's to old looking... what's your opinion is it a good car, good for a teen?

That is not the question to ask. For the first car you want something

(1) easy to drive
(2) don't mind getting it scratched up or even wrecked.

That is an awesome car. I wish I could of had that for my first car. Take it.
 
There really isnt a good car for a teen or an adult, its a car and yours is a lexus, those are very nice and expensive so take good care of it. Enjoy!
 
I'd be happy with what ever was given to me I had to work for my vehicle.
 
If they are willing to give you a car that nice go for it, my first car was a pinto wagon now that's not for a teen.
 
Do you think they'll buy you something younger and cooler if you refuse that one? If so, then sure, give it a try to get the more fashionable car. If not, then be happy having a car of Your Very Own (tm) even if it's not the perfectly fashionable up-to-date car to impress your friend with.
