Since your grades are in the 60s, you will probably have to start out at a community college to begin with. They often offer programs in auto repair, which you would need in order to get hired as a mechanic anyway.

...what should i say to them? all i want to do is do what i love to do (customize and repair cars) but my parents are ignorant and stricked. i do all acedemic but my grades are in the 60's what should i do?

How about you go to a technical school, something in engineering. It'll pay you more in the long run. I doubt your grades would still be in the 60's if you were taking classes you liked.

Go to junior college, or a community college for your first 2 years. You will learn many skills you will need to run your mechanic business, and you could even get some real-life training by working part time for a local shop.
Then, when you have your AA, you will be ready to run a business, BUT if time has changed your mind about wanting to be a mechanic, then you will already have your first 2 years of college finished, and you can do your last 2 years at the university.
I think this would be a win-win solution. Talk it over with your folks. And always remember, they aren't really trying to run your life for you...they just love you and want what's best for you.

mechanical engineering would be a great option for u and it'll satisfy your parents.
