...exercise that I need inside? Okay, I'm 17 and my parents are really protective of me especially since I'm the youngest in the family. I understand where they are coming from though because my neighborhood is dangerous especially recently because a few of my neighbors have been attacked. Plus, a lot of the other neighbors are renovating their houses so there are a lot of foreign workers right now and some of them can get creepy. So, my question is this; how do I get the exercise that I need to lose my baby fat (especially around the stomach and downwards) without going out of the house? I can't even exercise in my garden because it's kinda small.
 
you could buy a jump rope at big 5 or target jumping jacks or hiit wich burns few cal during it but a lot after for example walk in place 5 minto get warmed then run in place 2 min then sprint in place 1 min do this 4 - 8 times
 
If you really want to do something outside(running/jogging/walking, bike riding) then you should find someone to go with you like a family member or friend. There is safety in numbers

You need to find something that you enjoy doing. Try yoga, pilates , dance videos, kick boxing, or anything else that will get your heart pumping. Check youtube for different type of workout videos if you want to do something for free or before you go buy something

You can also run in place, do jumping jacks, or jump rope,
