My palm pixi suddenly won't turn on. How do I fix it?

I got my palm pixi a little over 2 weeks ago and it suddenly won't turn back on. I didn't drop it or anything. It was working fine and i picked it up and put it in my jacket pocket. Literally 1 minute later it just wouldn't turn on. I've looked at the sprint palm site and the advice they gave hasn't helped at all. If anyone as any information or help to offer, I'd really appreciate it.
