World cricket has different formats. Test Matches, one dayers and now 20-20. None of the top cricket playing countries like Australia, England, India, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Pakistan, New Zealand and West Indies can be termed as incompetent in terms of Test and ODI. As far as 20-20 cricket is concerned, it is difficult to term any particular team as incompetent as there was an upset in the very beginning when England lost to Nedherlands in the opening match. However, there are other teams who may not be competent enough to compete with countries like Australia etc. in test matches.
