My one month old son prefers to be in the swing while sleeping,?

Every time we lay him in the crib, he wakes up within ten minutes. Is it bad to let him sleep in the swing?
 
at that age, my little girl used to LOVE to be in her swing in front of the tv watching Baby Einstein. thankfully we had one of those swings that swings by itself and runs on 6 D batteries. but it would EAT UP batteries like crazy.
nothing wrong with it.
my little girl around 5-6 months then switched and loved sleeping only in her car seat.
