My "NUSTART" Car Remote Starter Won't Work, this was already installed in the car when

we have it last July? The former owner said, that it is only the battery of the remote control needs to be replaced. I changed with a new one but still it won't work. Please help me to sort out probable causes before I will have the technician to checked it (you know financial issues and where can I save some money is better) Thanks a lot. . . . .
