Can I sue over being wrongly accused and kicked out of nursing school?
I recently have been kicked out of nursing school after being wrongly accused of something. At the end of the school day I left the floor that we were on at the hospital. I had recently checked my patient and he was fine. I waited for 30mins with other students on my instructor. Not long after see came down a CNA from the floor came down to tell me instructor my patient was sitting in urine. I went up staries cleaned him up and my instructor talk to me. She said it was not going to be a problem. The a week latter other students told the head of the program about and she kicked me out. My instructor did not even stick up for me. There is no proof and I did nothing wrong. Can I sue?
