My Nokia E63 has had it's sim restrictions lifted, But when I go to put another sim...

...in, it says Sim not valid? I had my phone unlocked, but when i went to put another sim in, it gave the error message. I've tried 3 sim cards, one from Vodafone Australia, one from Telecom NZ and the other from Vodafone NZ. What do i do???
